The Wall Street Journal reported that the US Department of Justice has informed French law enforcement authorities that it will not assist in an investigation into social media platform X owned by Elon Musk.Citing a letter issued last Fri (17) by the Office of International Affairs at the US Department of Justice, the report said the investigation attempts to use Frances criminal justice system to regulate a public platform for the free expression of thoughts and opinions in a manner that violates the First Amendment of the US Constitution.
