Several international express and logistics companies, including UPS, DHL, FedEx and SF International, have recently raised their fuel surcharge rates, according to Xinhua Daily. Not only international parcels are affected; amid the double whammy of a spike in international oil prices and adjustments in industry policies, express delivery companies in multiple regions across Mainland China have also recently collectively introduced or increased fuel surcharges.
