Dutch chip equipment giant ASML (ASML.US) and chipmakers including Micron (MU.US) fell on Tuesday after US lawmakers proposed further measures last week aimed at restricting Chinas access to additional chip manufacturing equipment.ASMLs shares listed in the Netherlands dropped 4%, while its US shares fell 1% in pre-market trading.
