Under non-IFRS measures, the annual adjusted loss was RMB18.648 billion, compared to an adjusted profit of RMB43.772 billion in the same period of last year. The adjusted EBITDA loss was RMB13.783 billion, whereas an EBITDA profit of RMB49.119 billion was recorded in the same period of last year.

During the period, revenue was RMB364.855 billion, up 8.1% YoY. Revenue from the core local commerce grew 4.2% YoY to RMB260.8 billion, with an operating loss of RMB6.9 billion, compared to an operating profit of RMB52.4 billion in same period of last year.

In the fourth quarter alone, revenue was RMB92.096 billion, up 4.1% YoY. The company swung to a loss of RMB15.144 billion, compared to a profit of RMB6.222 billion in the same period of last year. Under non-IFRS measures, the fourth-quarter adjusted loss was RMB15.08 billion, compared to a profit of RMB9.849 billion in same period of last year. The adjusted EBITDA loss was RMB14.025 billion, whereas an EBITDA profit of RMB11.523 billion was recorded in same period of last year.
