The Chengdu Housing Provident Fund Management Center has held a press conference to announce new policies aimed at further optimizing housing provident fund policies.

Specifically, a new policy measure has lifted the loan ceiling for single contributors from RMB600,000 to RMB800,000 and for dual contributors from RMB1 million to RMB1.2 million.

For contributors purchasing existing homes or homes due to housing requisition and demolition, the loan ceiling can be further increased by 20%, meaning that families with a single contributor can borrow up to RMB960,000, and families with dual contributors up to RMB1.44 million.
