NSING TECH (02701.HK)  -0.340 (-2.650%)   , a platform-based integrated circuit (IC) design company, announced that the offer price had been set at HKD10.8 per share.

The company plans to issue 95 million offer shares, with 10% offered in Hong Kong. The entry fee for a board lot of 200 shares will be around HKD2,181.78. The shares are expected to begin trading next Monday (23rd).
