The global NAND flash memory industry continued to benefit from the expansion of AI infrastructure in 4Q25, and the total revenue of the top five NAND flash memory suppliers rose by 23.8% QoQ to USD21.17 billion, according to research firm TrendForce.In 1Q26, the ongoing supply-demand imbalance is likely to strengthen suppliers' resolve to hike prices.
