In terms of hotel bookings, the platform has initiated comprehensive protection for bookings made before 5 pm on February 28 for multiple Middle Eastern countries (including Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, UAE, Syria, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain, Iran, Israel, Oman, and Yemen) with travel dates from February 28 to March 5. In collaboration with merchants, it will cover the cancellation losses for users who need to cancel their bookings.
