Citi Research issued a research report holding a positive view on CK ASSET (01113.HK)  -0.220 (-0.483%)    Short selling $30.71M; Ratio 80.323%   regarding its sale of a minority stake in UK rail projects and UK Power Networks (UKPN), which the broker believed demonstrate the Group's ability to profit from investments and signal a potential shift in capital reallocation priorities.

Citi Research believed that potential positive catalysts for the Group may include potential re-investment in Hong Kong development properties (DP), which the broker views as timely, or enhanced shareholder returns (via dividends or share buybacks; gains from the sale of UKPN's shares).
