The KFC app in Mainland China has officially launched the AI-powered ordering agent "Xiao K". Users can place voice orders and complete payments within the KFC app and on certain partnered in-car systems.

This feature is built on Alibaba's Qianwen large model, combined with RAG technology, enabling accurate understanding of user intentions and enhancing comprehension of product names, ordering habits, and complex expressions.
