Bitcoin extended its slide today (24th) and once plunged by 2.64% to a bottom of USD62,858 during the Asian trading session, according to a Bloomberg report.

For February alone, Bitcoin has already fallen by over 19% so far, setting the stage for its worst monthly performance since June 2022. It is also likely that Bitcoin will post a five-month losing streak, the longest since 2018.
