South Korea's three major terrestrial broadcasters, KBS, MBC, and SBS, filed a lawsuit today (23rd) with the Seoul Central District Court against OpenAI, the developer of the AI chatbot ChatGPT, according to a report from Yonhap News Agency.

The broadcasters accused OpenAI of using their news content without permission for the training process. They demanded not only compensation but also a prohibition on any further use of unauthorized content.
