Morgan Stanley published a report on ASMPT (00522.HK)  -2.200 (-2.140%)    Short selling $5.61M; Ratio 11.832%   . The company provided guidance for a 14% YoY hike in revenue to USD500 million for 4Q25, which was expected to be attainable. The broker anticipated that the revenue for 1Q26 will beat normal seasonality, hitting HKD4 billion. It also believed that the company is well-positioned for long-term growth.

The broker slightly adjusted its EPS forecast for the company this year, mainly due to the expected strong performance in 1Q26. The annual revenue growth was projected to accelerate from 7% in 2025 to 22% in 2026, benefiting from increased capex in the OSAT business, with the growth momentum expected to sustain until 2027. The broker raised its target price from HKD100 to HKD120, maintaining an Overweight rating.
