COUNTRY GARDEN (02007.HK)  +0.035 (+12.069%)    Short selling $5.53M; Ratio 5.029%   announced that by an order of the Hong Kong High Court, the Winding-up Petition against the Company has been dismissed.

Following the effectiveness of the restructuring on December 30, 2025, Country Garden paid approximately USD398 million in cash consideration to creditors within the first working week, accounting for about 2% of the restructured debt principal.

The disclosure statement showed that the total number of shares issued by Country Garden reached 41.655 billion shares, with approximately 13.727 billion shares issued under the restructuring plan.

According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosed data on Southbound Stock Connect holdings, as of February 16, mainland investors held a 17.7% stake in Country Garden through Southbound Stock Connect, up 2.4 ppts from 15.3% at the end of 2025, marking a record high in shareholding quantity.
