LENOVO GROUP (00992.HK)  +0.190 (+2.000%)    Short selling $285.11M; Ratio 89.306%   announced its 3FQ26 results, with a revenue of US$22.2 billion, up 18% YoY, about 7% ahead of Bloomberg's consensus estimate, Huatai Securities issued a research report saying.

Its non-HKFRS net profit attributable to the parent company amounted to US$589 million, up 36% YoY, significantly surpassing Bloomberg's consensus forecast of US$463 million by about 27%, benefiting from the global demand for hybrid AI. The Group's AI-related business revenue proportion increased by 2 ppts QoQ to 32%.

During the earnings conference, the broker believed that, in the context of rising prices for components such as storage, LENOVO GROUP, with its leading global PC shipment scale and supply chain management capabilities, has a stronger ability to pass on costs and exhibit cyclical resilience compared to its peers.

Therefore, Huatai Securities kept rating at Buy on LENOVO GROUP, with a target price of $14.
