Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Zhao Tianbin said in a media interview that the funds raised from the listing will primarily be used to upgrade existing outlets to enhance services and to explore various mergers and acquisition (M&A) opportunities.

The Company is backed by TENCENT (00700.HK)  +1.000 (+0.188%)    Short selling $494.04M; Ratio 12.869%   , and Zhao disclosed that it will collaborate with TENCENT on AI technology, while also partnering with other enterprises possessing cutting-edge AI technologies.
