External memory chip stocks surged. Japan's memory chip cutting machine maker Disco (6146.JP) hit the day limit, while chip equipment stock ASMPT (00522.HK)  +6.400 (+6.287%)    Short selling $65.27M; Ratio 6.916%   swelled 6% to close at $107.9.
