Chinese beverage brand, Chi Forest, is considering a Hong Kong IPO, and has held preliminary discussions with potential advisors, Bloomberg quoted sources as saying. However, Chi Forest responded that the company currently has no IPO plans.

It is reported that, as of the end of 2021, Chi Forest's valuation reached US$15 billion. Chi Forest was founded in Beijing in 2016, with investors including Warburg Pincus, Singapore's Temasek Holdings and Cathay Capital.
