OMNIVISION (00501.HK)  -4.850 (-5.951%)   , a global fabless semiconductor design company, announced that the offer price has been set at HKD104.8 per H-share today (8th) following the publication of its prospectus at the end of last year.

The company expects to announce tomorrow (9th) details of the level of indications of interest in the International Offering, the level of applications in the Hong Kong Public Offering, the basis of allocations of the Hong Kong Offer Shares, and the results of allocations in the Hong Kong Public Offering.
