FAST RETAIL-DRS (06288.HK)  -0.620 (-2.001%)   announced its results for 1QFY26. Net profit reached JPY147.445 billion, a YoY growth of 11.7%; basic EPS equaled JPY480.55. The Group's consolidated revenue for the quarter was JPY1,027.745 billion, a YoY rise of 14.8%; business profit hiked by 31% to JPY205.647 billion.

The Group forecast a full-year dividend of JPY540, up 8% from the JPY500 dividend in FY2025. Of this, interim and final dividends were expected to be JPY270 per share each, and the full-year dividend forecast was revised upwards by JPY20 compared to October 2025.

Trading of Fast Retailing's ADRs on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong was temporarily suspended from 1 pm today (8th) pending the publication of this results announcement. Trading will resume at 9 am tomorrow (9th).
