In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and other legal regulations, China has decided to reinforce export controls on dual-use items to Japan effective immediately to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations, the Ministry of Commerce of China announced (MOC) announced.

This includes prohibiting all dual-use items from being exported to Japanese military users and for military purposes, as well as for any other end-user purposes that contribute to enhancing Japan's military capabilities.
