MEDBOT-B (02252.HK)  +5.480 (+25.849%)    Short selling $54.33M; Ratio 8.963%   opened 6.7% higher today before its gains sharply expanded in the morning session. The stock rose above both the 50-day and 100-day MAs (approx. $23.75 and $24.75 each), and expanded the downward trendline formed since October. It peaked at $27.8, hitting a nearly-2-month high, and last snowballed 30.19% to close at $27.6 near midday. Trading volume surged to 17.6027 million shares, involving $444 million.

On Christmas Eve (24 December), MEDBOT-B announced that its self-developed bronchoscopic surgical robot, UniPathTM Electronic Bronchoscopic Surgical Robotic System (UniPath), has been officially approved by China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).

Brain-computer interface concept stocks listed on the A-share market broadly prospered. XYME (688626.SH)  +3.960 (+7.162%)   shot up 8.5% at midday, while MEHOW (301363.SZ)  +1.920 (+8.304%)   and INNOVATIVE MEDICAL (002173.SZ)  +0.810 (+3.762%)   closed up 5.1%. CENTURY HUATONG (002602.SZ)  +0.440 (+2.570%)   , HANWEI ELECTRONICS (300007.SZ)  +1.130 (+2.265%)   and APON MEDICAL (300753.SZ)  +0.510 (+1.797%)   jumped up 2.6-3.8%.
