CSPC PHARMA Executive Director and Chairman Cai Dongchen increased his stake in the company on market by purchasing 13.454 million shares at an average price of HK$8.1957 per share yesterday (22nd), involving approximately HK$110 million, as revealed by the equity disclosure information. After the purchase, Cai's shareholding in the company increased from 25.14% to 25.26%.
