NTES-S (09999.HK)  +2.800 (+1.288%)    Short selling $218.76M; Ratio 21.790%   announced the closure of its overseas studio Fantastic Pixel Castle (FPC), Chinese media reported. Analysts believed this may be linked to NetEase's recent shrinkage in international business investments.

Former “World of Warcraft” and “League of Legends” designer Greg Street announced on Monday (3rd) that his studio FPC will close on November 17.

Founded in 2023, FPC had initially planned to develop a modern fantasy MMORPG codenamed “Ghost”.
