SOFTCARE (02698.HK)  +0.400 (+1.212%)    Short selling $2.12M; Ratio 26.495%   , a baby and female hygiene product company headquartered in Dubai, has announced details of its IPO in Hong Kong.

The company plans to issue 90.884 million shares globally, with 10% (9.0884 million shares) allocated for the Hong Kong public offering and 90% (81.7956 million shares) for the international offering.

The offer price ranges from HKD24.2 to HKD26.2 per share, aiming to raise up to around HKD2.381 billion. The entry fee for a board lot of 200 shares will be around HKD5,292.85.

The IPO will start today (31st) and end next Wednesday (November 5), with the expected listing date on November 10. CICC, CITIC Securities, and GF Securities (Hong Kong) act as joint sponsors.
