LALATECH, the logistics trading platform operating under the Lalamove brand, has resubmitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, and JPMorgan acting as its joint sponsors. It is expected that the company will adopt a weighted voting rights structure for the listing.

According to its updated preliminary prospectus data, for 1H ended June 30, 2025, LALATECH's non-IFRS adjusted profit grew by 27.4% to USD272 million.
