TENCENT (00700.HK)  -22.000 (-3.379%)    Short selling $976.81M; Ratio 7.463%   released an R&D big data report, which revealed that over 90% of Tencent engineers use the AI programming assistant CodeBuddy to aid in coding, with 50% of new code generated with AI assistance. Through WeDev, the company integrated the R&D toolchain, linking development processes, thereby boosting overall R&D efficiency by more than 20%.

Year to date, 76% of Tencent's workforce has been engaged in R&D, with 3 out of every 4 employees involved in R&D work. Tencent adds an average of 325 million lines of code monthly, completes 370,000 requirements per month, and conducts 25.2 million build deliveries, supporting rapid business iteration.
