The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced that it had received the filing materials for Xiao Noodles's overseas issuance and listing, as well as the full circulation of its unlisted domestic shares.

Xiao Noodles is expected to issue no more than 235 million overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

In addition, 11 Xiao Noodles shareholders plan to convert a total of 613 million unlisted domestic shares into overseas-listed shares for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

It is understood that Xiao Noodles has introduced investors like JIUMAOJIU (09922.HK)  +0.050 (+3.333%)    Short selling $279.22K; Ratio 8.145%   and COUNTRY GARDEN (02007.HK)  +0.034 (+16.268%)    Short selling $94.87M; Ratio 9.343%   through several rounds of financing since 2015.
