Nexperia, a Dutch subsidiary of WINGTECH TECHNOLOGY (600745.SH)  +1.580 (+4.280%)   , updated its official website to announce that CFO Stefan Tilger will serve as interim CEO, while Achim Kempe will continue as COO, reported the Securities Times.

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce issued an export control notice prohibiting Nexperia China and its subcontractors from exporting specific finished products and components produced in China, the official website indicated.

Nexperia stated that it is actively communicating with relevant Chinese authorities to seek exemptions. Nexperia is closely engaging with all relevant national and local government departments to mitigate the impact of this measure.
