BABA-W (09988.HK)  -5.500 (-3.198%)    Short selling $4.10B; Ratio 15.912%   shot up 8.85% after midday, and last printed at $173.5, hitting an over-4-year high and leading the market, with a surge in turnover to $37.068 billion, making it the most actively traded Hong Kong stock.

The Apsara Conference 2025 is being held in Hangzhou from today (24th) to Friday (26th). Group CEO, Eddie Wu, said that BABA-W is actively advancing its RMB380 billion AI infrastructure construction plan, and is expected to add more investment to the budget to embrace the era of Artificial Superintelligence (ASI).

It last printed at $76.45, advancing 5.3%, with a turnover of $10.534 billion. HUA HONG SEMI (01347.HK)  +2.000 (+3.019%)    Short selling $510.52M; Ratio 9.556%   also set a record high of $66.4 for H-shares, and last mounted 3.94% to $63.3, with a turnover of $3.594 billion.

The XINYI series prospered, with XINYI SOLAR (00968.HK)  -0.090 (-2.632%)    Short selling $37.73M; Ratio 23.300%   and XINYI GLASS (00868.HK)  -0.010 (-0.115%)    Short selling $29.97M; Ratio 31.638%   leaping 4-5.2%.
