Lu Weibing, Partner and President of Xiaomi Group, posted on Weibo to tease the Xiaomi 17 Pro, saying that the series is codenamed 'king of backlight', according to Chinese media.

The Xiaomi 17 Pro is equipped with Leica's new imaging system, featuring the debut of the Light Hunter 950L image sensor, and is equipped with LOFIC high dynamic technology, achieving an ultra-high dynamic range of 16.5EV, he added. It also includes a full optical coating to significantly improve issues of ghost, foggy and flare.
