Since 9 September 2025, international oil prices fluctuated slightly, China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said.

Based on calculations under the current refined oil pricing mechanism of China, the comparison between the average price for the ten working days before 23 September and for the ten working days before 9 September showed an adjustment amount of less than RMB50 per ton, taking into account the unadjusted amount as of 9 September.
