Since entering Xinjiang in 2009, JD-SW (09618.HK)  +4.600 (+3.459%)    Short selling $962.71M; Ratio 20.858%   (JD.US)      said that it has been committed to improving service quality for local users over the past 16 years.

Starting from last year's Double 11 shopping festival, JD-SW introduced a consolidated shipping and delivery model to extend free shipping from its self-operated business to third-party merchants through freight subsidies, making it the first company in Xinjiang to achieve free shipping across all categories under a "self-operated + third-party" model.
