As Super Typhoon Ragasa is closing in on Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Observatory has announced that the Gale or Storm Signal, No. 8 may be hoisted between 1-4 p.m. tomorrow (23rd).

Wing Yeung, general manager for terminal operations at the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK), said Hong Kong International Airport will remain open and operational, but flight movements are expected to drop sharply after 6 p.m. tomorrow. Flights to and from Hong Kong throughout Wednesday (24th) will also be affected.
