According to the present forecast, Ragasa will edge closer to the coast of Guangdong midweek next week, the Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) issued a Special Weather Tips at 4:30 pm today (19th) saying.

Local weather will deteriorate and winds will strengthen significantly with heavy squally showers and thunderstorms.
