The Hong Kong High Court appointed today (16th) the liquidators of China Evergrande as the receivers of the assets of the company's founder, Hui Ka Yan, Bloomberg reported.

The receivers will identify, protect, and preserve the assets under the injunction order, which prohibits Hui from disposing of his global assets valued at US$7.7 billion. The court also appointed Keith Ho from Messrs. Wilkinson & Grist as "supervising solicitor".
