Cai Wensheng has been appointed as a non-executive Director, the chairman of CNEWECON FUND (00080.HK)  +0.145 (+37.662%)   and the chairman of the Nomination Committee; while Hong Yupeng has been appointed as a non-executive Director, with effect from 5 September 2025, according to CNEWECON FUND's announcement.

Cai is the founder and currently a substantial shareholder of MEITU (01357.HK)  -0.580 (-5.937%)    Short selling $131.90M; Ratio 6.873%   , and also the single largest shareholder of CH FIN LEASING (02312.HK)  +0.110 (+9.167%)   , the Company added.
