SHK PPT (00016.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)    Short selling $74.99M; Ratio 23.258%   maintained flat EPS for the full year, with dividends being in line with expectations and a dividend payout ratio sustained at 50%, implying a dividend yield of 4.1%, according to Morgan Stanley's research report. The Company's management is currently not considering share buybacks or establishing a C-REIT.

SHK PPT's net debt ratio also decreased from 17.8% in 1HFY2025 to 15.1% for the full year. Benefiting from an increased allocation of RMB and HKD floating rate debt, financing costs dropped from 4.4% in the same period last year to 3.7%.
