China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) released the 2025-2026 Action Plan for Stable Growth in the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry.

The plan proposes that, from 2025 to 2026, the average growth rate of value added in the manufacturing industries of computers, communications and other electronic equipment above designated scale will be around 7%.
