In 2Q25, personal computer (PC) shipments (excluding tablets) in China grew by 12% YoY to 10.2 million units, according to the latest data from Canalys.

Consumer and commercial PC shipments also increased by 13% and 12% respectively on the still-robust demand. This growth momentum came from ongoing consumer subsidies as well as procurement activities by state-owned enterprises and the government.

Canalys forecasted that PC shipments in China would grow by 2% for the entire year of 2025 and 3% for 2026.
