China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and State Administration for Market Regulation have issued the Action Plan for Stable Growth in the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry 2025-2026.

The plan emphasized the elimination of "involutionary" competition in photovoltaics (PV) and other fields by achieving high-quality development and legally cracking down on low-price battles among PV and other products.
