Qatar Airways will increase passenger flights to China, and strengthen its cargo operations to deepen ties with China.

The Company plans to add a second daily flight between Doha and Shanghai starting this winter, and will enter into a strategic agreement with BABA-W (09988.HK)  +2.000 (+1.541%)    Short selling $3.57B; Ratio 21.402%   's Cainiao logistics arm next week, Chief commercial officer Thierry Antinori said.
