Wenzhou has optimized and adjusted several business policies related to the housing provident fund. This adjustment covers various groups, including flexible employees, renters, home-buying families, and veterans, aiming to address multiple dimensions such as deposit recognition, withdrawal limits, loan limits, down payment ratios, and operational processes.

Specifically, the maximum loan limit has been increased from RMB1 million to RMB1.3 million for families where both spouses contribute to the housing provident fund, and from RMB650,000 to RMB800,000 for single-contributor families.

At the same time, the financial threshold for home purchases has been lowered. For employees contributing to the housing provident fund purchasing a second home, the minimum down payment ratio for applying for a personal housing provident fund loan has been reduced from 30% to 20%. For those purchasing allocated affordable housing, the down payment ratio should not be less than 15%.
