Starbucks (SBUX.US)      has invited TENCENT (00700.HK)  -15.000 (-2.727%)    Short selling $1.95B; Ratio 16.927%   , JD-SW (09618.HK)  -0.200 (-0.163%)    Short selling $256.67M; Ratio 14.094%   , Boyu Capital, Carlyle, FountainVest Capital, EQT PARTNERS, KKR, Hillhouse Capital, and Primavera Capital, among over ten private equity firms and tech companies, to participate in the second round of investment for Starbucks China business.

Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol stated this week that seeking partners for the China business is not about introducing new capital, but rather aims to drive better development for the China business in the future.
