Nomura released a research report expecting that LENOVO GROUP (00992.HK)  -0.020 (-0.198%)    Short selling $176.85M; Ratio 25.018%   's results for the first fiscal quarter ended June 2025 will beat market consensus, mainly due to strong growth in server revenue as some leading clients shifted capital expenditure from AI servers to universal servers.

In the personal computer business, LENOVO GROUP is capturing more market share in Europe and the US from peers like Dell Technologies (DELL.US)      and HP (HPQ.US)      , which will favorably enhance the Group's overall sales and profit momentum for the quarter ended June, the broker added.

Therefore, Nomura raised its FY2026/ FY2027 earnings forecasts for the Group by 2% each, and added its target price from $13 to $14, with rating upgraded from Neutral to Buy.
