Insiders at BIDU-SW (09888.HK)  +0.900 (+1.064%)    Short selling $187.60M; Ratio 24.670%   (BIDU.US)      have revealed to the Securities Times that the desktop version of Baidu Search has recently been testing the opening of an agent application entry to allow users to directly access the agent on its homepage.

The report cited BIDU-SW's insiders as saying that the integrated agent on the search homepage mainly comes from the Ernie Agent platform, high-quality external AI applications accessed through the search open platform, and some of the Baidu-developed applications. This feature is currently in grayscale testing and is expected to be fully available soon.
