Prosus, a subsidiary of Naspers, the South African major shareholder of TENCENT (00700.HK)  -15.000 (-2.727%)    Short selling $1.95B; Ratio 16.927%   , reduced stake by another 405,200 TENCENT shares last Friday (25th) at an average price of $549.9294 per share, acording to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's shareholding disclosures.

Hence, Prosus' shareholding decreased from 23% to 22.99%, cashing out approx. $222 million.

Due to changes in the number of shares issued by TENCENT, Prosus' shareholding percentage increased from 22.98% to 23.01% on 23 July, with the ownership in shares remaining unchanged.

Prosus' last share reduction was conducted on 17 July, when it sold 371,000 shares, cashing out approx. $191.5 million at an average price of $516.0776 per share.
