Aviation information agency Aviation A2Z recently announced the top ten best airports globally for 2025. Among airports with passenger traffic between 50-60 million, Hong Kong International Airport was ranked second in terms of scale and operational performance, just behind Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar.

Hong Kong International Airport's passenger traffic reached 54.9 million by the end of the fiscal year ending March 2025, representing a YoY growth of 21.6%, report said. It is one of Asia's busiest aviation hubs, capable of meeting tremendous local demand and possessing international connectivity, making it one of the best-performing airports in 2025.
