MPF research institution, MPF Ratings, estimated monthly gain to be 1.81% in July, meaning an investment gain of $25.8 billion in absolute dollar terms, or $5,380 per MPF's 4.79 million members.

Total MPF assets inclusive of contributions could end July at another record high of approx. $1.458 trillion, up $29.8 billion from June, and equivalent to an average MPF account balance of $304,550, up approx. $6,220 from June, historically breaking the $300,000 level, according to MPF Ratings.
