Oil prices advanced on Thursday, fueled by optimism that U.S. trade negotiations will alleviate global economic pressures, and by a deeper-than-expected decline in U.S. crude oil inventories.

New York crude oil futures for September delivery hiked US$0.78 or 1.2% to US$66.03.

Related NewsADP Employment Change for Jul in United States is 104K, higher than the previous value of -33K. The forecast was 75K.
Brent crude oil futures for September delivery lifted US$0.67 or 1% to US$69.18.
